EV charging in a single-family house

I am planning to buy an electric car. I live in an 80-year-old house. The garage has an outside entrance. It is separated from the living spaces by a reinforced concrete structure. I would charge the car in the garage. What kind of power of the fire of electric car should I consider?

Definitely according to the manufacturer's requirements. On the other hand, I recommend to set up a new cable line for the charger, not to solve it with 220V transitions.
