I was wondering which tools do you normally use for evacuation modeling?

There is a variety of them so I was wondering, based on your experience which is the most commonly used. Do you still prefer hand calculations?

A follow up. When/if you use modeling software do you consider disabled persons? This can highly impact the results and given an overestimation or underestimation of the RSET.
