Demand on enlarging these spaces bears the risk of higher losses in case of a fire. In this situation, responsibilities in fire safety are given to legal or natural persons,&nbsp; including their employees. Over the last 10 years, the number of people rescued from the fire has&nbsp; increased by about 70 percent.
